You will receive a written quotation and on accepting that and work having taken place you will have 14 days in which to pay. Emergency tree work such as storm damage is something you don't plan for or usually have insurance for. Because of the nature of storm damage it can be inherently dangerous and as such sometimes more expensive. For this we can offer a payment plan to spread the cost of work.
We are insured for public liability here at 1-2-tree so you can have peace of mind while work is being carried out. We are also a member of various bodies such as the Safe contractor scheme which assesses our health and safety practices throughout the year and constant training through NPTC or lantra courses.
Here at 1-2-tree we pride ourselves on customer service. A lot of tree work is discretionary and as such is up to you as the client to decide whether it needs doing. Such as if you aren't getting enough light in your garden or your view is being obstructed. This is what we term cosmetic work.

Some work is a necessity. For this you will need some advice. The most common problems are dead wood in the crown which can be a problem when high winds occur bringing the dead wood down on the un-suspecting public. Rest assured that if the work does not need doing we won't do it. Remember a tree is a living organism and as such can never be classed as "safe".
